- S. Civil or Environmental Engineering from accredited program
- Professional Registration – SC Professional Engineering Registration (PE) or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- 4+ years of engineering design experience
- 1+ years of project management experience
- Experience with design, permitting and oversight of civil and environmental projects, with preference for experience related to municipal and industrial infrastructure.
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD Civil3D
- Proficiency in the use of other Civil Engineering design software (TR-55, HEC-RAS, WaterCAD, HydroCAD, etc.)
- Basic understanding of GIS Software (ESRI-ArcPRO)
- Microsoft Office / Google Suites proficiency (Word, Excel, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Passion for attention to detail and desire to produce quality work
- Desire to utilize analytical and creative problem-solving skills and utilize proper engineering judgement

- Is a strong technical writer,

- Looks at issues from multiple angles, and
- Presents and interacts well with clients.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental science, engineering, or geology;
- At least 5 years of experience in environmental consulting, and
- Professional licensure.
